Our glutschaufel – translated a “shovel for embers” – is a special house.
You will see it on this site – and feel when you are really staying with us.
We are often asked curiously: glutschaufel? What's it all about? Well, we will tell you, but not now and not here at this point. Only so much as – glutschaufel is exactly what you might imagine: something extraordinary, exclusive, but also cosy, comfortable and natural.
The ingredients which we use for cooking in the restaurant’s kitchen are quite natural, and so too is the beautiful landscape in which our glutschaufel has been embedded – and of course, sophisticated hospitality is a philosophy that we live each day with passion.
